| What is the maximum occupancy of the villa? |
| Our Four bedroom villa sleeps 8 people. |
| Do I need to bring towels and bed sheets? |
| The villa is fully furnished and equipped, including all linen and towels. Just bring yourselves! |
| Do you have an outdoor pool and other amenities? |

Yes, we have a 30ft outdoor
swimming pool. Pool heat is available at an extra cost of
£12 or $25 per day. The pool will take approximately 5-8 hrs to heat up to
80 degrees.

| Do I need to clean the villa before I leave? |
| No. The villa is self-catering. The villa is professionally cleaned before you arrive and upon your departure. For stays for less than five days, a cleaning charge will be incurred. |
| Can you provide me with driving directions to the villa? |

Of course. Click this link to view
a map. In addition, your
confirmation will include driving directions to the
Management Company’s office. There, you will pick up the arrival pack,
including the keys, directions to the villa, and other useful information.
There is also a property information folder at the villa which will provide
you with everything you need to know about the villa, the area, shops,
